Leigh Milne

Hi...thanks for visiting Beautiful Spirit

As a military veteran, mother, and survivor of domestic violence and sexual abuse, Leigh has a lived experience of trauma... Overcoming this, cemented her interest and career in natural and mind body wellness, transformative therapies. 

​

As a transformation therapist, Leigh address's a client's health and wellness holistically as an integration of complementary and evidence-based assessment, intervention, awareness and awakening that bring harmony & resolution to mind body and sprit.

​

With over 20 years of holistic and psychotherapeutic experience at Beautiful Spirit, Leigh has temporarily reduced her private practice hours to work fulltime at a domestic violence and sexual assault support centre while she completes her provisional psychology internship. In her psychology internship role, she helps women with trauma, complex PTSD, BPD, stress, depression, anxiety, low self-worth & comorbid lifestyle problems. A challenging but rewarding role as an individual and group counsellor, Leigh loves seeing clients empower themselves and get their life back on track.

Leigh is in the process of achieving her dream of setting up a mind body wellness centre in the south west where she plans to provide holistic and evidence based mind body wellness services and natural products to promote health & wellness.
